MSC 107 Brief
The IMO Maritime Safety Committee (MSC) held its 107th session from May 31 to June 9, 2023. This Brief provides an overview of the more significant issues discussed at this session, which include matters pertaining to enhanced safety measures for ships’ fuels, the revised timeline on Marine Autonomous Surface Ships (MASS) regulations and numerous amendments to the SOLAS Convention affecting both new and existing ships.
